F1 - Who will win the German Grand Prix?

Mark Webber of Red Bull Racing takes us on a lap around the Hockenheimring in Southern Germany in the simulator. Who will win the German Grand Prix this weekend?

Before the 2002 Grand Prix of Germany the Hockenheimring was redesigned by Hermann Tilke as the old layout of 6.8 kilometer was too long, too fast and too dangerous for modern Formula 1. The stadium section where the visitors have an amazing view on the passing cars remained untouched. The long sections through the forrest where the pilots used to race way over 320 km/h was completely removed and replanted with trees, despite the wish of the fans to keep the section open.

The Hockenheimring is alternating with the Nürburgring for the anual German Grand Prix. In 2009 the Hockemheimring was granted 8 more years of Grand Prix as the contract with the FOA was extended until 2018.

Which driver will win the Germand GP this weekend? Will it be Hamilton who steady went up the ladder into 1st place overall? Or last years champion Button? Maybe the boys from Red Bull Racing or will Fernando Alonso grabs the victory? A lot of eyes will be focussed this weekend on seven times world champion Michael Schumacher as he will be driving his home GP. Or will we see a big surprise?
