Terms and conditions

1 Eligibility and Entry

To be Eligible, participants must:

• Be at least 18 of age at the date of entry and posses a driving license that is valid in Belgium (participants under 18 will be disqualified)
• Be pre-registered at http://preregistration.real-timeracing.com/

Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, its parent, and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each are not eligible to participate or win any prizes.

2 Contest Time Period

The Contest Period starts on December 2, 2009, and ends on January 11, 2010. The closing date for entry to this competition is 23:59 GMT on 10 January 2010.

3 Collection of Information

The information necessary to conduct the Contest is collected by iOpener Media at the time that each entrant registers to the contest by communicating with rtrcrew@real-timeracing.com and signing up at http://preregistration.real-timeracing.com/ in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at /privacy-statement.aspx .

4 Prizes & winner announcement

The ultimate prize winner will receive a track experience day in a Mini Cooper S at Circuit Zolder and will be announced on Monday, January 11th 2010. The weekly winners will each receive a beta key, an iOpener Enabled cap and a GTR T-Shirt.

Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash or credit) of any prizes will be permitted.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances iOpener Media reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

5 General Rules

By entering the Contest, you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of iOpener Media. iOpener Media is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupt, or misdirected entries, responses, paper entries or other correspondence, whether by internet transmission, e-mail or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. iOpener Media reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by iOpener Media in its sole discretion.

iOpener Media accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition, not being able to enter into the competition or accepting any prize. iOpener Media further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with the competition.

6 Additional Conditions

The participant is of good health and unaware of any physical condition that would at all affect his ability to attend the track experience event or would otherwise contribute to increase the risk inherent in the activities included in or associated with the track experience event.

He acknowledges and realises that his participation in the track experience event is potentially dangerous and there are numerous risks associated with his participation. The participant fully understands and realises that his participation at the track experience event may result in serious bodily injury, illness and/or death to himself or others and that he might entail the risk of loss of or damage to property. Before receiving the prize and participating in the track experience event, the winner has to sign a waiver that releases iOpener Media of any liability.

7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and iOpener Media in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the German law and the Parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the German Courts.
